Sustainably Green – Technology Industry Goals in a Net-Zero Age

The COMPUTEX 2023 Sustainability-Race to Zero forum kicked off on Thursday, featuring leading figures in the industry sharing their insights on sustainability and how it can be achieved, with most stating that not only was sustainability an issue of grave importance but also that it was a journey that included everyone, so that we may, together, secure the vision of a greener, more sustainable tomorrow.

Startups Flex Italian Innovation at InnoVEX

The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) is the governmental bureau that supports the business development of Italian companies abroad and promotes the attraction of foreign investment in Italy. ITA has organized a national pavilion at InnoVEX hosting five startups, which provide examples of Italian creativity and innovation across sectors:

Accelerating Change at COMPUTEX TAIPEI: “The Orange Accelerator”

The Netherlands, Europe’s third-largest startup and venture ecosystem, is also home to around 10,000 tech ventures. This breaks down to roughly 8,700 pre-seeds, 1,000 startups, and almost 200 scaleups, growing by about 6% each year. Together, Dutch startups and scaleups employ over 100,000 people, with total valuation of just over 230 million euros.

French Pavilion Wows Visitors with Tech Innovations

The French pavilion was back at this year’s COMPUTEX Taipei! Organized by Business France, the pavilion under the banners of la French Tech and Choose France showcased 10 innovative companies with solutions covering key tech domains such as power supply and management, consumer electronics, human-machine interaction, and cybersecurity.

Far EasTone Startup Accelerator empowers startups to succeed at lightning speed

The first batch proved to have outstanding outcomes and a good model of corporate startup engagement (CSE), leading to even more ambitious milestones. The Far EasTone Startup Accelerator has achieved the following results so far: 37 startups helped across two batches, US$3.3 million in business opportunities created, 12 innovative solutions developed, 10 startups under evaluation for investment, over 53 sales leads generated, and more. 

Sneak Peek at the 2023 Garage+ Pavilion37 Global Tech Startups Aim to Build a Better World

Garage+ supports 37 tech startups selected from over 200 candidates hailing from 38 countries. They represent diverse fields, including 5G and IoT, AI and data, and smart devices, making them some of the most hotly anticipated new ventures of 2023. They have already attracted more than 210 one-on-one meetings with decisionmakers from 33 leading companies and VCs, including Wistron, Quanta, Delta, Advantech, MediaTek, Pegatron, and Logitech.
