TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) announced that Dr. Lisa Su, Chair and CEO of AMD, will deliver the COMPUTEX 2024 Opening Keynote at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2 7F on Monday, June 3, at 9:30 AM (UCT+8), with a session entitled “The future of high-performance computing in the AI era.”
Computex Daily, Taipei – COMPUTEX 2022 began its CEO keynote series on Monday with Lisa Su, chair and CEO of AMD. Su and her team provided a summary of AMD’s recent achievements, extolled their partnerships with PC makers and unveiled the chipmaker’s next-generation products.
Today, at COMPUTEX 2022, AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) showcased its latest innovations in computing technology to advance the high-performance computing experience. AMD Chair and CEO Dr. Lisa Su provided a look at the upcoming Ryzen™ 7000 Series desktop processors with the new “Zen 4” architecture, which are set to deliver a significant increase in performance upon their launch in the fall of 2022. Additionally, Dr. Su highlighted the strong growth and momentum for AMD in the mobile market as 70 of the more than 200 expected ultrathin, gaming and commercial notebook designs powered by Ryzen 6000 Series processors have been launched or announced to-date. In addition, other AMD executives announced the newest addition to the Ryzen Mobile lineup, “Mendocino;” the newest AMD smart technology, SmartAccess Storage; and more details of the new AM5 platform, including support from leading motherboard manufacturers.
TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) announced today that Arm, the leading technology provider of processor IP, will participate in COMPUTEX 2021 to share an in-depth vision of the future of computing. Simon Segars, will be the keynote speaker of COMPUTEX | Arm CEO Keynote with the topic “Sparking the World’s Post-Pandemic Recovery” at 2 pm on May 31 Taipei Time. Rene Haas, President of Arm’s IP Products Group (IPG), will speak at 3pm on June 2 on #COMPUTEXVirtual regarding “Accelerating Ubiquitous Intelligence”.
