As AI continues to reshape industries worldwide, turning innovation into real-world impact remains a key challenge for many businesses. InnoVEX 2026 offers a glimpse into how startups are driving that transformation forward. Nearly 500 startups from 22 countries will gather at the exhibition from June 2–5 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2, marking an 11% increase from last year and setting a new event record.

Centered around the theme “AI Together,” InnoVEX 2026 goes beyond a startup showcase, highlighting how AI is moving from concept to commercial application and accelerating adoption across industries.

Record-Breaking Scale Brings Together Nearly 500 Startups Worldwide

InnoVEX 2026 marks a new milestone in both scale and global participation, featuring national pavilions from nine countries, including France, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Australia, Israel, Canada, Italy, and the Czech Republic.

Focused on AI & Computing, Robotics & Mobility, and Next-Gen Tech, the exhibition highlights how startups are advancing industrial transformation through AI-driven and emerging technologies.

Forum Highlights: Turning AI into Real Business Value

A key highlight of InnoVEX 2026 will take place on June 3 at Center Stage, where global industry leaders will explore how AI is evolving from experimentation to real-world business deployment.

Valérie Pécresse, President of the Île-de-France Regional Council, will lead a delegation focused on semiconductors and quantum computing, sharing Europe’s vision for next-generation AI infrastructure and international collaboration opportunities.

Speakers from Everidge and Japan Bizcrew will present practical examples of AI integration in advanced manufacturing, while leaders from the Apache Software Foundation and Linux Foundation will discuss the growing commercial impact of open-source ecosystems. Experts from Canva and LinkedIn will also examine how AI is reshaping creative workflows, B2B engagement, and data-driven strategies across industries.

Competition and Business Opportunities: High-Stakes Pitching and Global Investment Connections

A major highlight of InnoVEX 2026 is the upgraded InnoVEX Pitch Contest, featuring a total prize pool of USD 60,000, with up to USD 30,000 awarded to a single startup team.

Beyond financial support, the competition offers participating startups opportunities for investor matchmaking, global media exposure, and direct engagement with leading enterprises and accelerator programs. Designed as a platform for visibility and commercial growth, the contest helps startups accelerate fundraising, partnership development, and entry into global supply chains.

Industry–Academia–Government Collaboration: Building a Comprehensive AI Innovation Ecosystem

To strengthen innovation momentum, InnoVEX 2026 brings together industry, government, academia, and research to build a complete innovation ecosystem. The exhibition features global accelerators and platforms including NVIDIA Inception, Garage+, StarFab, and Plug and Play, alongside leading universities—National Taiwan University (T5GIP), National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, National Cheng Kung University, and Chung Yuan Christian University—showcasing cross-disciplinary R&D strength. Government participation is highlighted through dedicated pavilions from the Industrial Development Administration, the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the National Science and Technology Council, and local governments.

Diverse Programs Connecting Global Startups and Business Opportunities

A series of programs will enhance technology matchmaking, featuring Pi Stage events such as Global Demo Day and the Top 15 Startup Matchmaking Sessions, alongside the “Tech’em High” networking program that blends guided tours with interactive exchanges to encourage cross-sector collaboration.

As AI accelerates industrial transformation, InnoVEX 2026 will continue connecting startups, enterprises, and investors to turn innovation into real-world applications.
