Supermicro, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMCI), a Total IT Solution Provider for AI, Cloud, Storage, and 5G/Edge, will showcase its newly released servers and innovative data center solutions at COMPUTEX 2025. Supermicro’s latest systems, supporting powerful CPUs and GPUs, deliver unprecedented performance and efficiency for data centers and enterprises to deal with modern computing workloads.
Supermicro’s data center solutions include its server building block approach and liquid cooling technologies, designed to accelerate and optimize present-day data center construction, expansion, or operation projects by offering various system models with efficient cooling, leading to improved project progress and facility operation, as well as lower energy costs.
Server Building Block Solutions®
Supermicro Server Building Block Solutions® allows customers to optimize their workloads and applications by selecting from a broad family of systems built from Supermicro’s flexible and reusable building blocks that support a comprehensive set of form factors, processors, memory, GPUs, storage, networking, power, and cooling technologies. The building block approach also enables Supermicro to remain highly responsive to the fast-changing market, helping global clients meet complex workload requirements as AI, HPC, and other applications continue to evolve.
Liquid Cooling Solutions
The latest servers with multiple CPUs and GPUs have become a significant challenge for data centers. Most modern high-performance servers can generate up to 10kW of heat, which must be removed from the servers to keep them running normally. Supermicro’s liquid cooling solutions can efficiently cool the most advanced systems, chips, and other components, helping data center reduce overall electricity consumption, as well as OPEX by up to 40%, and allow data centers to run more efficiently with lower PUE.
Supermicro has also proven liquid cooling deployments at scale and enables data centers operators to deploy the most performant chips. The liquid cooling options include direct-to-chip (with or without in-row CDU), immersion cooling, and rear door heat exchanger, providing high flexibility to data centers based on their cooling needs and infrastructure environments.

Global Manufacturing Capabilities
Supermicro recently announced plans for a third campus in Silicon Valley. The first building will be over 300,000 square feet, yet the third campus is expected to be nearly 3 million square feet when completed. The expansion strengthens Supermicro’s position as an industry leader, accelerating liquid-cooled and Data Center Building Block Solutions® for data centers and customers while creating new jobs and opportunities for local talent.
Right now, Supermicro can deliver 5,000 air-cooled or 2,000 liquid-cooled racks per month to support substantial orders. The expansion in Silicon Valley is a major step forward in Supermicro’s vision for innovation, investment in workforce, quality, Time-to-Deployment (TTD), Time-to-Online (TTO) service, and technological advancement.

A Broad Range of Systems for Different Computing Workloads
Supermicro’s system portfolio can be applied to many applications including AI, HPC, data analytics, enterprise storage, IoT, and embedded computing, from cloud to edge environments. The portfolio features various models, such as rackmount servers, GPU servers, twin servers, blade servers, storage servers, edge servers, telecom servers, and more—each designed and optimized to meet specific workload needs.
From small edge devices and workstations to racks and hyperscale infrastructures, Supermicro enables data centers and enterprises to streamline the deployment process with its integration services. Before deployment, Supermicro also provides certified clients with remote access through its JumpStart program, allowing them to validate, test, and benchmark their workloads.
