Taiwan Excellence at its finest

Taiwan Excellence’s pavilion at COMPUTEX TAIPEI this year is showcasing the most innovative and slickest-designed inventions from Taiwan, with this year’s winners chosen based on qualities such as R&D, design, concept and marketing.
As an umbrella brand under the Taiwan External Trade and Development Council, the event’s winners last year experienced extensive promotion. For example, Taiwan Excellence set up a pavilion in Vietnam’s largest marathon event and achieved at least ten thousand visits and purchases. The event lends power to the Taiwan government’s New Southbound Policy, aiming to reach the most popular consumer tech events each year.
Past events have seen Taiwan Excellence showcasing tracking cameras, bicycles, gadgets and gaming displays, to name a few. The 2018 selection offers more medical and health products, in lieu of the rising health awareness among consumers in Taiwan. It also offers more smart solutions, ranging from smart transportation to smart manufacturing, retail, energy, life, education and gaming.
Showcasing under the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion are 32 big-name Taiwanese companies such as AEON MOTOR CO., GEOSAT Aerospace & Technology Inc., MSI, AMobile Intelligent Corp. Ltd., Advantech Co., Ltd. A total of 57 exceptional products and services will be on display this year.
